Be wealthy by eating healthy....if u fall sick the time , money and income all are lost ......



Eating healthy can help you live longer and stronger and can help you to sharpen your mind. While planning your meals, it is important to focus on the following points: 

» Reduce sodium: Season your food with garlic, ginger, spices and herbs instead of salt to prevent water retention and high blood pressure. 

» Add fibre: Choose high fibre foods like green, leafy vegetables, whole grains and beans. A fibre-rich diet prevents constipation and chronic liver disease. 

» Avoid ‘hidden sugar’: Packaged and ready-to-eat meals often have lots of added sugar. Choose fresh vegetables, home-made food, as opposed to fast food, canned goods and candy.


» Choose a ‘colorful’ plate: Fruits that are rich in color correspond to rich nutrients. A colourful plate could contain the following: spinach, tomatoes, brinjal, corn and watermelon. 

» Avoid skipping meals: If you skip your meals, you might feel sluggish throughout the day. This will slow down your metabolism and you might gorge on fast food later in the day!
